Just
a five minute stroll from Mundaring Weir, the historic Mundaring Weir Hotel is
located in the middle of the State Forest. There
are extensive gardens, with patrons able to find dozens of different nooks to
enjoy a treat from the coffee shop, bar and restaurant.
Lunch
is served seven days a week. Every Sunday there is a lamb on the spit, counter
meals and wood-fired pizzas to accompany a bush band.
Through
the summer months the spectacular outdoor amphitheatre comes alive
with performances from some of Australia’s leading entertainers.
